SIPA and the Federal Police Administration are intensively monitoring hate speech that is increasingly flaring up on social networks and portals in our country, following the terrorist attack on the satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo in Paris, which killed 12 people, writes the Patria news agency.
All content that exhibits characteristics of criminal offenses prescribed by the laws of BiH is under the close watch of both the FUP and SIPA.
Records are being kept of all publications, but such individuals cannot be punished immediately; everything is duly recorded, after which it will be determined whether there are elements of a criminal offense.
