(Patria) - The Independent Union of Civil Servants and Employees of KS today sent a request to the KS Government to start negotiations on the base for salary calculation for 2025.
The request was sent in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Salaries and Allowances in the Authorities of Sarajevo Canton and Article 56 of the Collective Agreement for Civil Servants and Employees in the State Service Authorities of KS.
"We kindly ask you to, before the Government of Sarajevo Canton determines the Draft Budget for 2025, обязательно start negotiations with the representative union so that we can agree on the base for salary calculation.
Also, we kindly ask you to schedule a meeting for mutual satisfaction and inform us in writing," the request states.
This request is sent in accordance with the obligation from the Collective Agreement, and all initiated activities within the Coordination of KS Unions remain in effect.
