Silajdžić: Break during working hours will be counted as paid hours!

(Patria) - I am pleased to share the information that my proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labor Law of the FBiH has been submitted to the parliamentary procedure, announced the deputy in the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament.

"This law brings an important change - the break during working hours will now be included in working time.
This is a significant step towards improving labor rights and better conditions for all employees in the Federation of BiH," noted Silajdžić.

He explained what the law means for workers:

- The break during working hours will be included in working time, meaning that workers' rest is recognized as part of their paid hours.

- Workers will no longer have to work longer to "make up" for the time spent on break.

- It ensures a better balance between work and rest and increases efficiency and employee satisfaction.
