A four-member Vatican delegation, which arrived in Sarajevo on March 1, 2015, is very satisfied with the meetings, discussions, and what they saw during their stay in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes KTA, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
In preparation for Pope Francis' visit, scheduled for June 6, 2015, they had the opportunity to talk with top church representatives as well as government officials, and they paid special attention to discussions with their colleagues from security services at all levels. They also visited all the locations proposed for Pope Francis' visit.
The head of the Vatican delegation, Mr. Giani, expressed satisfaction with the spirit of cooperation of everyone he met and thanked his colleagues from the security services in BiH for their readiness to exchange information and openness to Pope Francis' arrival. He emphasized that the arrival of believers who want to come to Sarajevo on June 6 to meet Pope Francis should be maximally facilitated. He also stated that there is no threat to Pope Francis or the Holy See, except for certain information about a threat from ISIL.
