Security measures in BiH at a higher level: Increased security of persons and facilities

Security measures in Bosnia and Herzegovina have been raised to a higher level after last night's terrorist attacks in Paris, writes the Patria News Agency.  

The Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, Mirsad Vilić, told Patria that security measures for persons and facilities have been increased, especially for foreign embassies and residences.

- We are in constant contact with all police agencies in the country and OSA, in order to exchange information and coordinate our activities, says Vilić.

Vilić emphasizes that no country in the world can fight terrorism alone, and therefore, duty capacities have been strengthened for information exchange with Interpol, Europol, and police and intelligence agencies of other countries.
