Šibonjić: 'Festival of Economy in Zenica-Doboj Canton' begins, around a thousand exhibitors expected

(Patria) - This week, specifically on September 25, when the Tešanj Economy Fair begins, the 'Festival of Economy in the Zenica-Doboj Canton' will start, and it will end on October 5, the last day of the General BH Fair ZEPS 2024, announced Samir Šibonjić, Minister of Economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, on his Facebook profile.

- I symbolically named these two weeks the 'Festival of Economy' of our canton, because that is truly what it is. Probably around 1,000 exhibitors and brands from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world, with many meetings, conversations, business opportunities, discussions and events aimed at a single goal - the development of the economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entire region.

This is precisely proof that we, as a canton, have become an indispensable factor of development in this part of Europe, with the prospects we offer to domestic and foreign investors, placing us at the very top of their priorities.
Therefore, my support for companies and exhibitors from the Zenica-Doboj Canton for participation in these fairs has not been lacking this year either; on the contrary, I have been involved even more than a minister could or would want to, so that these two fair gems of ours shine with an even more beautiful glow. I am proud that, for the second time now, as Minister of Economy in the Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, which is the driver of economic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I am contributing to the Tešanj Economy Fair.

Tešanj is our pride and an example of how one can succeed when circumstances are not in your favor and when you fight against much stronger players in the market. I am happy that I was able to contribute to making this year's Tešanj Economy Fair a gathering place for all our entrepreneurs, and a kind of review of the successful.

Only by strengthening the economy can we empower all our citizens and make our homeland strong and stable. The Tešanj Economy Fair will be held this year from September 25 to 28.

Also, I am proud that I have been involved from the very beginning in the project of bringing back ZEPS as the largest Bosnian-Herzegovinian fair, and that, together with the Organizing Team, I have been active from the start. One of the greatest successes is that we managed to secure a partner country for ZEPS, and this year it is the Republic of Turkey, which comes to ZEPS with leading companies headed by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, the second largest chamber of its kind in the world.

We will continue with our support because through the fair we can present our companies, our potentials, our culture and our homeland Bosnia and Herzegovina in the best possible way.
