Selman tells colleagues: Lukač will be the new director on January 12!

The story about the appointment of the Director of the Federal Police Administration is far from over, and today was quite interesting in this institution, writes the Patria News Agency.

Namely, not even the decision of the PFBiH Security Commission, which states that the appointment of the director must be carried out in accordance with the new Law on Internal Affairs that came into force in October last year, is stopping Sead Selman, the president of the Independent Board, who proposed Dragan Lukač as the new/old director, but based on the old law.

Thus, today, as Patria has learned, Selman walked from office to office, stating that Lukač will be the new director.

According to our source, he spent the longest time in the office of Ensada Korman, the deputy director who signs all acts under Lukač's orders, as his mandate expired on December 7.

- He literally said that it is ridiculous that the Security Commission even met and that on January 12, Lukač will be the new/old director - says our source.

We remind you that Selman is also in a conflict of interest and could not even be a member of the Independent Board, and the composition of the Independent Board is illegitimate because the new law states that there must be at least two women in the composition, which is not the case with the current convocation.

Otherwise, the FBiH Government is meeting on Thursday, when the ministers' stance on this issue may be known. However, Selman clearly stated that the Independent Board will confirm Lukač's appointment regardless of the Government's stance.
