Sejfović's Accomplice Detained, Investigation Team Searching for Motorcyclist

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo, upon the proposal of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, has ordered a one-month detention for I.B. due to the risk of influencing witnesses and concealing evidence. He is one of Amel Sejfović's accomplices after his escape from the Sarajevo Correctional Facility (KPZ Sarajevo), reports the Patria News Agency.

Sarajevo police arrested I.B. on Friday. Sejfović was found in the area of Visoko on the eighth day of his escape and transferred to the Zenica Correctional Facility (KPZ Zenica).

The investigation team formed in this case is intensively searching for the motorcyclist who was waiting for Sejfović in front of the Sarajevo Correctional Facility. All information and evidence are being collected to shed light on all those who participated in Sejfović's escape and assisted him in hiding. He left the Sarajevo Correctional Facility armed, and the investigation is also looking into how Sejfović obtained the weapon.
