"Magnificent Seven" Does Not Want Zvizdić at the Helm of the SDA Sarajevo Cantonal Committee

Within the Cantonal Committee of the SDA Sarajevo, problems, intolerance and opposition from "grown and stronger" members towards the moves made by President Denis Zvizdić the closest associate of SDA Deputy President Bakir Izetbegović, are piling up. Internal dissatisfaction has been evident for a long time and will, according to all indications, culminate in the next ten days, the Bosnian news agency Patria learns. 

"The Magnificent Seven," who are also the driving force of the Cantonal Committee, as proven by their results in the recently held elections, have decided to openly oppose Zvizdić's arbitrariness in his work, his general attitude towards the Cantonal Committee itself, and will most likely soon request a review of his role as president, as well as the election of a new one. 

Among several candidates that this group of seven sees as the new president of the Cantonal Committee, the former president Abdulharis Šeta has the best chance. Almost all members of the current committee composition support his return to the helm of the strongest cantonal committee of the SDA. 

The last fierce clash between the majority of members and Zvizdić occurred during the drafting of candidate lists for the General Elections. According to information from Patria, Zvizdić did not want certain individuals on the list, including Kemal Ademović and Amor Mašović (both re-elected as representatives in the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton with a large number of votes), and he allegedly also showed his intolerance towards Dino Konaković, whom he deliberately "pushed" to the 14th place on the list.
