Seven months since the death of Hava Dovadžija: Indictment against Semir Rastoder soon

The acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton is currently working on drafting an indictment against Semir Rastoder, who on April 1st in Nedžarići hit Hava Dovadžija with his car, who died, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

The public will be informed in a timely manner upon its filing - it was announced from the KS Prosecutor's Office.

Otherwise, the investigation in this case lasted more than 6 months. We remind you that the driver of the car, Semir Rastoder (25), driving at high speed from the direction of Ilidža, hit pedestrian Hava Dovadžija at a pedestrian crossing in Nedžarići, who remained dead at the scene, and Rastoder was released immediately after the accident.

A few days later, protests were organized at the scene of the accident due to his release. Hava Dovadžija is survived by her husband Amar Dovadžija and two minor daughters.

The KS Prosecutor's Office suspects Semir Rastoder of the criminal offense of a serious criminal offense against public traffic safety.
