SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Director of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS) Sebija Izetbegović has resigned from her position as a deputy in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, and has already informed the Central Election Commission of BiH about it.
Izetbegović will be replaced in the parliamentary benches by the next on the list in that electoral unit, which is Tašo Dacić, who had slightly more than 3,000 votes.
Izetbegović stated that she submitted her resignation due to numerous obligations she has at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS), which have been particularly intensified since the outbreak of the coronavirus.
Sebija Izetbegović was elected at the end of February as the vice-president of the Cantonal Board of SDA Sarajevo, and at the beginning of March as the vice-president of the Personnel Commission of SDA in the Canton of Sarajevo.
