SDS claims: Scandal worth 104 million KM uncovered, linking Dodik and Lagumdžija!

SDS MP in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina Aleksandra Pandurević warns that a major scandal involving the printing of ID cards and driver's licenses, worth 104 million marks, has been uncovered, connecting Milorad Dodik and Zlatko Lagumdžija, reports the BH news agency Patria (NAP). Pandurević told the Patria agency that she is demanding an immediate reaction from the Chief Prosecutor of BiH, Goran Salihović.

Pandurević points out that state auditors, in their report for last year, warned about the conclusion of an illegal contract worth 104 million KM for the procurement of ID cards and driver's licenses.

She emphasizes that the detrimental contract was concluded between the Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of BiH (IDDEEA) and the company "Milbauer", signed by its director Danilo Petrović, the son-in-law of Nebojša Radmanović. Furthermore, she claims that Dodik and Lagumdžija are also connected through ownership in this company, via their relatives and friends.

- This is the most obvious example of major crime and nepotism that has engulfed institutions. And this is how it all went: To cover up the crime, the Council of Ministers, by its conclusion, decided to enter into a negotiated procedure instead of a tender. You will understand where the consensus came from when you see who is involved in this circle - stated Pandurević.

She says that the Council of Ministers decided to enter into a negotiated procedure with the consortium Milbauer Germany and Milbauer Banja Luka instead of a tender, and that the BiH Legal Affairs Directorate gave its consent for the contract with the Consortium, but that the contract was subsequently concluded with the company Milbauer Banja Luka, which auditors also stated was not qualified and which has since built a factory in Banja Luka.

- It seems that the qualification came from the fact that, according to media reports, 40% of its ownership is held by the company 'Nites', and we could read in the media that the owners of this company are Milorad Dodik's advisor, Zoran Korać, and Zlatko Lagumdžija's friend and confidant, Miodrag Škrbić, while the head of software development in this company is Vladimir Petrović, the brother of Radmanović's son-in-law. The contract was signed on behalf of Milbauer by director Danilo Petrović, Radmanović's son-in-law - stated Aleksandra Pandurević.

According to her, auditors also discovered that BiH committed in this contract to purchase 5 million ID cards and two million driver's licenses, regardless of actual needs, and to pay 30% annually in advance.

- The auditors' report states that last year we bought almost twice as many ID cards as we needed, and about 35,000 more driver's licenses - she noted.

The report also stated, according to her, that the cost of servicing personalization equipment upon request is 1250 euros for a technician and 1,500 euros for a software engineer per day.

- Find me a software engineer in the world who has such a daily rate, unless they are Bill Gates himself! - says Pandurević.

According to her, all of this was submitted by the BiH Audit Office to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in May of this year.

- You see how SNSD officials cooperate nicely with parties in FBiH when it comes to private agreements and how they foster inter-entity cooperation and easily reach agreements on crime. Now it is clear to you why Milorad Dodik is protecting Zlatko Lagumdžija and why SNSD did not vote for his dismissal!
