SDP demands removal of posters from Suada and Olga bridge

The beginning of this election campaign and the actions of the SDA-SBB coalition show us the entire destructiveness of the policy that this coalition represents, it was announced from the SDP.

- Sticking posters of the candidate for mayor of this coalition, Nedžad Ajnadžić, and the holder of the SDA list for the Centar Municipal Council, on the bridge where the memorial to the first victims of the Siege of Sarajevo, Suada Dilberović and Olga Sučić, is located, is an indicator of what kind of relationship that coalition has towards the common cultural and historical heritage.

With this announcement, we express our strong condemnation of this act and demand the removal of the posters from the Suada and Olga bridge. Likewise, we want to emphasize that we would react this way to any poster desecration of the landmarks of the Centar Municipality and the City of Sarajevo by any political party. If we are patriots and have the necessary respect for all victims of the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina, then we call on all political parties to be principled in this and to protect the places of their suffering from unnecessary poster advertising. Political competition can certainly be conducted in a decent and chivalrous manner - it was announced from SDP Centar.
