Delegates of the SDP BiH, in line with their earlier announcement, have initiated the process of securing all material evidence in order to complete and submit a lawsuit to the competent court, regarding the adoption of the Labour Law in the FBiH Parliament at the end of July this year, it was announced from this party, reports the Patria News Agency.
The SDP believes that citizens witnessed a brutal violation of all procedures regarding the scheduling of the last session and the consideration of one of the most important laws, thereby preventing all delegates with good intentions from normal amendment work aimed at improving bad solutions.
We hope, the SDP further states, that judicial institutions will make a decision as soon as possible that will protect the basic principles of parliamentary democracy, reports NAP.
