SDP: Our Cadres Solved Problems, While Others Made Promises

The Social Democratic Party of BiH has begun its pre-election activities in the Central Bosnia Canton, where candidates from the SBK region for all levels of government in BiH were presented to a large number of party members and sympathizers. Although the SDP BiH was not in absolute power in this canton, ministers from this party in the SBK Government managed to achieve more during their mandate than the SDA and HDZ coalition, which held absolute power in this canton for a full 15 years, reports Patria.

Zukan Helez, the current Federal Minister for Veterans and Disabled Veterans' Affairs and the holder of the list for the Federal Parliament from SBK, addressed the successes of the Ministry he heads in his speech.

- We have something to show people, because we have concrete results behind us. No one, except the cadres of this party, had the courage to tackle the revision of fake disabled veterans and fighters, who enjoyed all the benefits for years. True fighters were and remain the guarantee of this country's survival - Helez said.

The Federal Prime Minister and Secretary General of SDP BiH, Nermin Nikšić, emphasized in his speech the fact that no one, except this government composition, dared to address the accumulated problems.

- We have successfully solved some problems, we have sought solutions for some, and perhaps we have made mistakes in some solutions. We are talking about concrete actions, and let's not talk about empty promises. And we still have to fight with lower-ranking foreign officials, who openly lie, saying that they are filling our budget with donations, and so far we have not received a single KM from them, but we have helped people with funds from our budget - Nikšić explained.
