SDP BiH: Genocide and joint criminal enterprise have been committed in BiH, understand that Milorad, Zoran, Miloš

(Patria) - The Social Democratic Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina considers it worrying and sad to watch how domestic officials, as well as those from the region, are racing to deny judicially established facts about crimes committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"Convincing that testimonies, evidence and facts are one 'side' of the story, and not a simple and unquestionable historical truth, is a denial of the undeniable. It becomes pitiful to watch how from decorated stages, self-important statesmen lie to themselves and those they address, losing even that crumb of dignity they might have retained until that moment. They even continue to strive, instead of paying respect, to present victims as a threat, which is a vile and dangerous practice.

Denial of genocide, joint criminal enterprise, revision of the truth about the National Liberation Struggle in World War II actually only gives a true picture of yourselves.

Your lie, repeated countless times, is in vain; it still remains just a lie. The whole world knows that the anti-fascist partisans defeated the fascists, Chetniks and other servants of the Axis powers. That anti-fascism is the foundation of modern Bosnia and Herzegovina. The whole world knows and recognizes that genocide was committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a UN resolution was adopted on the importance and recognition of that truth. The highest international courts, staffed by the greatest experts in the field, have established irrefutable judicial truths:

1. Genocide and joint criminal enterprise were committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
2. For these and other crimes against humanity, specific instigators and perpetrators within criminal systems were tried, whose guilt for the atrocities was established beyond any doubt;
3. The archive of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia contains thousands of linear meters of physical files and more than three petabytes of digital data, including maps, cases, documents, photographs, audiovisual recordings, databases and other types of acts. These are the most documented judicial proceedings and the most extensive evidentiary materials in recent history, which form the basis of all verdicts proving in detail each of the committed and adjudicated crimes.

Let us remind you, one petabyte is roughly equal to 500 billion pages of standard printed text or 200 million photographs of five megabytes. Then, Milorad, Miloš and Zoran, multiply that by three!

All your stages and speeches are in vain; your lies repeated a thousand times can never even come close to overshadowing thousands of hours, millions of pages of text, hundreds of thousands of photographs, documents, video recordings, photographs and other evidence that relentlessly speak the truth. That truth is not going anywhere and does not fade. It would be much easier and better if you accepted the truth, showed respect for the victims and stopped further lying that helps neither the living nor the dead," stated the SDP BiH.
