SDP BiH files criminal complaint against Novalić, Džindić and Osmanagić

President of SDP BiH Nermin Nikšić has filed a criminal complaint against Fadil Novalić, Prime Minister of FBiH, Nermin Džindić, Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, Suvad Osmanagić, advisor to the Prime Minister of FBiH, and other unknown
persons, submitted to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton on 19 December 2016, due to suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses of false reporting under Article 347 and abuse of position or authority under Article 383 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, Nos. 36/03, 37/03, 21/04, 69/04, 18/05, 42/10, 42/11, 59/14, 76/14, and 46/16).

As stated in the criminal complaint, the report submitted by Novalić's government against Nikšić regarding the IP Krivaja 1884 case is rife with untruths, erroneous and inaccurate information, and false statements.
