SDA in Checkmate: Will They Reject Grubeša's Dismissal Despite His Scandalous Treatment of ANUBiH

The issue of the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina refusing to register the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ANUBiH) in the Register of Legal Entities, disregarding the Constitutional Court's decision to do so, will certainly be addressed at the session of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH on February 25th, when the request for the dismissal of Josip Grubeša, the Minister of Justice of BiH, is on the agenda.

The Constitutional Court's decision must be implemented if you respect the country you live in, and we have learned that HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, and their cadres, which includes Grubeša, do not want to implement anything that is in the interest of the state of BiH. 

It is simple to explain why Grubeša refused to register the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the register in this case. It is because the Academy is one of the pillars of BiH's statehood, and they want everything to be reduced to an ethnic level, so that there are no institutions representing the state.
There is a dangerous advocacy underway that a Bosnian-Herzegovinian academy cannot exist; instead, they want a Serbian, Croatian, and Bosniak academy, all in order to deny the existence of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the end, Muris Čičić, the new president of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of BiH, who was somewhat surprised by this news, explained it well.

Grubeša's dismissal was not initiated due to his latest scandalous actions, but rather for earlier failures to respond to the Provisional Investigative Committee. However, the refusal to register ANUBiH could certainly help representatives understand what kind of political figure he is.

It will be particularly interesting to observe the voting of SDA representatives, because, as a reminder, out of the seven present members of the Provisional Investigative Committee, six supported the initiative, while Alma Čolo from SDA abstained.

At that time, she dared to publicly state that it was the position, and that she could not support the dismissal of a coalition partner. Although Zlatan Begić (DF) was also present at the session, and supported Grubeša's dismissal, Čolo acted as if DF was not part of the ruling coalition. 

Now, with new obstructions, we will see if SDA values power more than the state of BiH. Because the Academy is one of the pillars of BiH's statehood, and coalition concessions for the sake of peace in governance are certainly not.
