SDA: BiH Prosecutor's Office is becoming an accomplice in the attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - The BiH Prosecutor's Office has a legal obligation to act according to the BiH Criminal Code and protect the constitutional order of the state, and to prosecute officials who refuse to implement final and enforceable decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court, the SDA announced.

"Although almost 10 years have passed since the adoption of the first decision of the BiH Constitutional Court which declared 'RS Day January 9th' unconstitutional, the BiH Prosecutor's Office has done nothing to prosecute the organizers of the unconstitutional marking of this date.

They did nothing after the unconstitutional referendum in 2016, they are doing nothing regarding the constant attacks by Dodik's regime on the constitutional order of BiH, nor are they prosecuting the denial of genocide," the SDA stated.

They added that year after year, defiant parades that violate the decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court are becoming more militant, foreign paramilitary formations are participating in them, threats of the dissolution of Bosnia and Herzegovina are made, Greater Serbian dominance and apartheid are celebrated, and the highest officials of the entity of RS and Serbia are directing insults and threats at Bosniaks and Croats.

"To all of this, the BiH Prosecutor's Office is deaf, mute, and blind. The heads of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, through their inaction, which is also a criminal offense, have further encouraged the brazen attacks on the constitutional order and territorial integrity of BiH, and the brazen and persistent violation of the decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court.

By failing to fulfill their legal obligations, the Prosecutor's Office is becoming an accomplice in the RS regime's attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the commission of a criminal offense related to the non-execution of decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court. Any further cowardly calculations and refusal to prosecute the unambiguous violation of the law will make the responsible individuals in the BiH Prosecutor's Office complicit in the processes that increasingly threaten stability and peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina," the Party of Democratic Action announced.
