SDA demands immediate removal of plaque at Vrace dedicated to criminal Mladić

The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) most sharply condemns the placement of the so-called memorial plaque at Vrace in honor of Ratko Mladić, who is accused of genocide, numerous war crimes, crimes against humanity, as well as crimes related to the years-long siege of Sarajevo, the party announced, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

SDA demands that the competent municipal authorities remove this plaque and condemn this anti-civilizational act of provocation that grossly jeopardizes the achieved level of reconciliation and coexistence.

- We demand that the competent authorities find and punish those responsible for placing the aforementioned plaque. If the municipal authorities do not do so, we demand that the international community react, as this is a blatant example of violating the Dayton Peace Agreement – the party's statement reads.

It is stated that the Serb people in Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot and must not identify with the crimes for which Ratko Mladić, Radovan Karadžić, and other convicted war criminals are responsible, reports Patria.
