SDA: OHR, judiciary and the Trojka are saving Dodik again

(Patria) - If the final verdict of the BiH Court against Milorad Dodik is not interpreted to completely ban him from holding all political functions, including, first and foremost, the position of SNSD president, it will show that everything the public has witnessed in recent months was a manipulation and a cowardly agreement with the destroyers of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the SDA stated in its reaction.

"The OHR's decision to ban SNSD funding from the budget, indicatively announced while awaiting the final verdict, enabled the judiciary to deliver a verdict that creates a false image of the state's victory over Milorad Dodik. The OHR's decision could remove the key argument for banning Dodik from holding the position of party president – SNSD funding from the budget.

He will not be able to hold executive and legislative functions, but if he retains the position of SNSD president, he will be allowed to fully continue to control personnel policy and all processes in the RS entity, and to continue with attacks on the constitutional order of BiH and blockades of state institutions.

Considering past experiences in the relations between foreigners and Dodik, as well as his recent agreed-upon arrival at the Prosecutor's Office for questioning in an OSA vehicle, which clearly indicates that the Trojka is also involved in an agreement with him, suspicions have been confirmed that the verdict is also a public spectacle," the SDA stated.

As they point out, these suspicions can only be dispelled if the BiH judiciary presents the public with a clear interpretation of the final verdict against Dodik, with an unambiguous stance on banning him from holding the position of party president.

"We warn citizens not to fall for the boasting of political manipulators from the Trojka about how they have 'defeated Dodik', about 'Dodik on his knees', with which, as many times before, the public is calmed and deceived. Dodik will not be defeated if he remains at the head of the SNSD, and the reality in BiH will be even more complicated and dangerous than it is currently," the SDA announced.
