SDA Novo Sarajevo: Nedžad Koldžo is Benjamin Karić's 'Trojan horse', Muamer Bandić is the only real change!

(Patria) - Reactions are pouring in after the call for Nedžad Koldžo (Naprijed) to withdraw from the race for the mayor of Novo Sarajevo Municipality, issued by four parties - SBiH, SDA, DF, and NES.

After Koldžo's message that he will not withdraw and his accusations against former party colleagues in that municipality, whom he says supported Hasan Tanović, the Novo Sarajevo SDA has also spoken out.

They have leveled a series of criticisms against Koldžo, who was elected as the SDA candidate for mayor of Novo Sarajevo for three terms.

"We co-signed the public call from four parties to Nedžad Koldžo just to finally pull him out of the hole, because since the beginning of the campaign, he has been presenting himself in the field as the SDA candidate for Municipal Mayor. SDA Novo Sarajevo, under Koldžo's long-term leadership, has experienced complete personnel, moral, and all other devastation, as evidenced by the collectively poor result in the last local elections in 2020.

After that debacle, a team of educated, successful, and smart young people, strengthened by those good, sincere, and experienced members who were marginalized during Koldžo's reign, managed to bring about a renaissance in SDA Novo Sarajevo, and the best proof of this is our list for the upcoming Municipal Elections," they state.

They say they do not rule out the possibility that Koldžo was forced to run.

"After Koldžo's reaction, it is quite clear that he is Karić's 'Trojan horse', whose goal is to try to ensure the continuation of the Trojka's bad governance in Novo Sarajevo, so that Benjamin Karić can continue where her party colleague Hasan Tanović left off. We also do not dismiss the possibility that Nedžad Koldžo was actually forced into such a candidacy, and that he is actually a candidate of the Trojka's prosecutors, given that during his tenure, which continued during the Trojka's tenure, the construction lobby led many processes in the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo," emphasize the Novo Sarajevo SDA.

Finally, they state that they are sure that on October 6th, united in the local patriotic bloc of four parties (SDA, DF, SBiH, and NES) and gathered around the candidacy of Muamer Bandić, they will defeat "both the Trojka and its 'Trojan horses'" .
