SDA: We continue the fight for the legitimate rights of Bosniaks in Stolac

Although the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) is unreservedly committed to supporting the principles of the rule of law and respecting the decisions of the courts in BiH, we cannot help but express our deep consternation at yesterday's decision of the Appellate Chamber of the Court of BiH, which rejected all appeals in the Stolac case. This makes the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH to remove Salmir Kaplan and other candidates of the Initiative for Stolac final, the SDA announced, reports Patria.

- SDA will continue the legal fight for the legitimate rights of Bosniaks in Stolac. We will also continue to support the justified demands of the Initiative for Stolac aimed against years of electoral fraud and manipulation in Stolac.

The final decision on further steps related to the elections in Stolac will be made by the Presidency of the SDA, taking into account the positions of the Initiative for Stolac.
