SDA: Imposed Nikšić goes to Dodik to save his chair and party in power

(Patria) - The Party of Democratic Action commented on the announced meeting of the leaders of the "Troika" parties and the presidents of SNSD and HDZ BiH, Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović, tomorrow in East Sarajevo.

"The president of the SDP and the imposed federal prime minister Nermin Nikšić is not going again to Milorad Dodik because of, as he claims, concern for the functioning of institutions, budget payments, the European path or infrastructure projects. He is doing this to save his chair and the party in power.

Dodik cannot, even if Nikšić's SDP does not vote for a new finance minister in the midst of SNSD's attack on the constitutional order, jeopardize salary payments because the amendments to the Law on Financing Institutions of BiH have permanently prevented the blocking of budget payments.

Nikšić is also aware of this fact, but apart from attempts to intimidate police officers and soldiers that they will be left without salaries, he is unable to offer a more meaningful argument to justify his servile attitude towards SNSD and HDZ", state from SDA.

They further say that Nikšić's alleged concern for reform laws and projects blocked by Dodik is particularly hypocritical, given that the mechanisms for blocking all processes were delivered to Dodik precisely by the SDP through the election of the fourth SNSD delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and the handover of key levers in state power.

"These concessions, as well as consent to the construction of the Eastern Gas Interconnection without a state law on gas, the handover of the Indirect Taxation Authority and the allocation of 70 million KM for a building in Banja Luka, the handover of OSA and the lifting of the ban on entry into BiH for Greater Serbian agitators, the acceptance of amendments that rendered previously written European laws meaningless, are only part of the total price that Nikšić and the 'Troika' paid for their chairs", the SDA stated.
