SDA: Konaković is obligated to explain to citizens why he enabled Dodik's godfather to be paid 100 million KM

(Patria) - The president of People and Justice Elmedin Konaković is obligated to explain to the public in Bosnia and Herzegovina why he enabled the allocation of another 32 million KM from the budget for the purchase of a building from Milorad Dodik's godfather, the SDA announced.

"After the Trojka approved the allocation of 70 million KM in July 2023 for the purchase of a building for the needs of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, despite the fact that the public call was tailored so that only Dodik's godfather met the conditions, Konaković's vote at the last session of the Council of Ministers of BiH was crucial to add another 32 million KM to that amount.

While Konaković satisfies the financial demands of Milorad Dodik, which will cost citizens more than 100 million KM in this case alone, the Council of Ministers of BiH has not yet approved the allocation of 4.3 million KM for co-financing the purchase of new helicopters intended for the Armed Forces of BiH.

Konaković's subservience to SNSD and HDZ BiH is best evidenced by the statements of his partners from the Trojka, who speak about the need to find Serb and Croat partners in the Council of Ministers of BiH who will be loyal to them as Konaković is loyal to Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović," the statement from the Party of Democratic Action states.
