SDA still has no designated candidate for the new Sarajevo Canton Government

In the next 10 days, delegations of SDA and Democratic Front will define the distribution of ministries by portfolios in the Government of Sarajevo Canton. SDA will get the prime ministerial position plus six ministries, and the same number of ministries belongs to DF based on the signed agreement. Four ministerial positions are reserved for "non-Bosniaks", writes the Patria News Agency.

Although various candidate names for prime minister are being speculated about in public, as Patria has learned, it has not yet been determined who it will be. Some of the candidates who have already been spoken to do not want to accept this "hot seat". So far, the names of Huse Ćesir, Adem Zolj, Ševkija Okerić, Jasmin Bučo have been mentioned...

- First, we will determine with DF which portfolios will go to them and which to us, and after that come the names. I think by the end of January we will have a session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly scheduled where the prime minister-designate will be confirmed, and then the new Government, states our source.

According to the agreement signed by DF and BPS-Sefer Halilović, DF will take all ministries, while BPS will be given positions in public institutions or companies.
