SDA, DF and SDP coalition in Sarajevo, election of Lagumdžija's successor awaits

The government in Sarajevo Canton will not be formed before the middle of next month. At today's constitutive session, representatives only took the oath and were given certificates, and the election of the assembly leadership and majority was postponed to the next session. Negotiations between SDA and DF with other parties that have 17 out of 35 representatives in the Assembly are underway, writes the BH News Agency Patria. 

Naša stranka announced yesterday that they have broken off negotiations with DF because they do not want to sell their votes. 

There will be no negotiations with BOSS either, as we learn, and today's talks with BPS have been postponed to next week. However, it is increasingly certain that four SDP representatives could be part of the assembly majority, which would make a total of 21, i.e., a firm and strong majority. The Alliance for a Better Future of BiH, which has 7 representatives, announced that it will be in constructive opposition. 

However, whether there will be any talks with the SDP at all will be known on December 6, when the SDP Congress is scheduled to elect a new president of this party. Depending on who becomes the leader, it will depend whether DF and SDA will enter into negotiations with them.
