SDA: Numerous questions Nikšić and the "Trojka" need to answer to the citizens of BiH

(Patria) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) issued a statement today in which it demands that the federal Prime Minister and leader of SDP BiH, Nermin Nikšić, answer numerous questions that primarily concern the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, not just the SDA.

"At the press conference of the leaders of the "Trojka" parties, whose nervousness due to justified public criticism escalated into an attack on a journalist, SDP leader Nermin Nikšić claimed that the opposition has nothing to attack them with, that no one is talking about 'what they have betrayed, but what they will betray,' and complained that he 'does not have the opportunity to respond to the SDA.'

For the sake of refreshing his memory on everything he has already done, Nikšić should offer answers to a series of questions that concern not only the SDA but also the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

To begin with, Nikšić should explain why, other than the desire for the prime minister's chair, he agreed to the humiliation of the people to whom he belongs by accepting the one-day suspension of the Constitution of the Federation of BiH," the SDA stated.

Then, the SDA statement adds, he should answer why the SDP enabled the election of SNSD's fourth delegate to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, and why the "Trojka" handed over the Ministry of Security of BiH and OSA to that party, after which the entry ban into BiH for Greater Serbian propagandists Miloš Ković and Goran Petronijević was lifted, and then the Service for Affairs with Foreigners, the Agency for Medicines, and the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO), along with 70 million KM for the purchase of a building in Banja Luka from Dodik's godfather.

"He would then have to explain why they agreed to the Eastern Gas Interconnection project without adopting a state gas law, while for the Southern Interconnection, which reduces dependence on Russian gas and deprives Dodik of a monopoly, they only gave principled support.

At the same session where they agreed to the Eastern Interconnection, which they called 'historic,' the "Trojka" also agreed to SNSD's amendments that rendered the Proposal for Amendments to the Law on the HJPC meaningless, which was criticized by the EU Delegation, the OHR, the OSCE, and foreign embassies.

It would be important for Nikšić and his partners from the "Trojka" to explain why they do not miss an opportunity to attack the Islamic Community, dissenters among Bosniaks, and the media, while remaining silent on Dodik's cursing of genocide at a meeting in Konjic.

They should explain to the public, and especially to their voters, why they claimed they would not form a government with national parties, and then formed a government and became servile partners to the most rigid nationalists.

Why did they say they would not form a government with individuals on the US black list, yet not only did they form a government with such individuals, but they directly elected them to key state positions.

It would be worthwhile to explain to the citizens why the "Trojka" elected a new SNSD minister of finance, thereby giving that party complete control over BiH's financial sector, precisely in the midst of the most severe attacks on the constitutional order of BiH since the signing of the Dayton Agreement.

Nikšić should explain why JP Autoceste FBiH, the Fund for Environmental Protection of FBiH, and complete control over BHANSA were handed over to HDZ, why they agreed to regress a set of energy laws by accepting that party's amendments, and why they unreservedly agree to Dragan Čović's demands to appoint that party's candidate, Marin Vukoja, as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH, despite the lack of any judicial experience. There must be reasons for such servility.

There are certainly reasons why Nikšić and the "Trojka" intend to hand over control of the Constitutional Court to SNSD and HDZ, why they intend to deliver the Election Law to HDZ, as they openly announce, and state property to SNSD, which the SDP leader has already tried to trivialize by comparing state property to 'a field.'

Nikšić will not only answer the people and be held accountable by history for questions about the BiH Constitutional Court, the Election Law, and state property, but the SDA, together with the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will prevent him from paying for the prime minister's chair and further remaining in power through new catastrophic concessions at the expense of the state and the Bosniak people," the SDA concludes in its statement.
