SDA: If Konaković has broken ties with Dodik, he should initiate the dismissal of his ministers

(Patria) - Elmedin Konaković continues with a series of unbelievable falsehoods he daily disseminates to the public, attempting to salvage his ruined image in the BiH public, the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) announced today.

"In plain sight of the public that followed the events at the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly yesterday, Konaković is fabricating the thesis that SDA is 'trying to save Dodik', although everyone witnessed that SDA voted for the dismissal of SNSD's Nebojša Radmanović and that he could not have been dismissed without SDA's votes.

At the same time, Trojka's other partner, HDZ, supported the faltering SNSD and, according to announcements, will continue to do so.

Therefore, the truth is that Konaković and Trojka were saving Dodik for two years, and now Trojka's partner HDZ is saving him. The truth, confirmed by voting in Parliament, is also that SDA has no intention of saving Dodik.

Konaković's attempt to present himself as a 'hero in the showdown with Dodik' is tragicomic, considering his earlier statements, visits to Bakinci and basketball games, and the concessions and favors he made to SNSD, from appointing their cadres to significant positions, lobbying for Dodik and RS in Brussels, to voting for 100 million KM intended for the building of Dodik's godfather.

Just a day before Radmanović's dismissal and the announcement that Trojka had broken its coalition with Dodik, Konaković mocked Sabina Ćudić for initiating such an initiative. He claimed it was a senseless and irresponsible initiative and asked, 'besides a nice populist idea to dismiss someone from SNSD, where does this lead us further'.

Then came a sudden turn, and Konaković hypocritically became the most ardent advocate for removing Dodik from power.

If they truly want to remove Dodik from power, then Konaković and Trojka must also initiate the dismissal of SNSD ministers in the Council of Ministers of BiH, Košarac and Amiđžić.

Otherwise, everything will remain a cheap and harmful charade, whose sole purpose is an attempt by Trojka to clear its name in public for all its failures so far. They want to confront Dodik in public while remaining in the Council of Ministers with him," the SDA statement reads.
