Schmidt with Peach: Strengthening EUFOR is necessary for stability and peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - High Representative Christian Schmidt met with Lord Stuart Peach, the UK Prime Minister's Special Envoy for the Western Balkans.

The Office of the High Representative (OHR) announced that Peach expressed full support for Schmidt and his decisions.

The interlocutors agreed that strengthening EUFOR is necessary for stability and peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Further engagement of the international community was also discussed, with an emphasis on the importance of the Western Balkans for stability in the region.

Schmidt took this opportunity to thank the United Kingdom for its continued commitment to BiH's reform and integration path.
