SBB Minister Džindić and SDA Premier Novalić Own a Joint Company TMR

Nermin Džindić, the new SBB Minister of Energy, Industry and Mining of the FBiH, and Fadil Novalić, the Prime Minister of the FBiH, have very good connections and acquaintances, and they are also linked by a joint company „Termo Metal Resist" (TMR), reveals the Patria news agency.

The primary activity of their joint company is brokerage in the sale of machinery, industrial equipment, ships and aircraft. The number of employees is 12.

This company, whose premises border the walls of the UNIS Tools company in Vogošća, whose workers were on strike for months, was founded by the family of Fadil Novalić and Džindić.

Namely, Nermin Džindić, as one of the founders of this company, which was founded in April 2008, but interestingly has been doing excellent business only in the last two years, invested capital of 35,677, Ada Novalić paid 95,531, Munir Novalić 71,014, Azra Novalić 40,709, and Naida Novalić 67,571 KM. The total capital of the company is 378,341 KM.

It is interesting that among the founders is also Samir Iskrić, the head of the Office of Prime Minister Novalić, and the Prime Minister's daughter Ada is the director.  

Iskrić is Novalić's trusted man, just like Džindić. He managed the finances of the Football Club Zvijezda, and also led the financial service at Cimos TMD. Cimos TMD, with Novalić at the helm, was also a sponsor of the local Football Club Zvijezda, to which Cimos gave up to 100,000 euros each year.

In this club, important roles were played by individuals who were connected to Novalić in various ways.

This is confirmation of the previously published story that Džindić, although an SBB proposal, is actually Novalić's wish, because they are bound by thick business ties.

At the time of the strikes by UNIS Tools workers, who had not received their salaries for a longer period, the workers suspected that the Prime Minister wanted to merge them into TMR, a company in which Novalić himself has an ownership stake.

Nevertheless, Novalić never wanted to admit to which company he would „merge“ the workers. Thus, the workers had founded suspicions that the aim was for Unis Tools to go bankrupt, and we remind you that Novalić was at one time also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Unis Tools.
