SBB Responds to Arnaut: We Will Sue Him Too

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Regarding Mr. Damir Arnaut's statement that he is leaving SBB due to the announced lawsuit against Ms. Jasna Duraković for seeking reimbursement of funds invested in the 2018 election campaign, the Alliance for a Better Future of BiH informs the public that other parties also have such agreements. Notarized agreements are proof, it was announced today from SBB.

Mr. Damir Arnaut himself is the author of the innovated notarized agreement for all MPs and candidates for the 2018 elections.

"This is confirmed by his notarized agreement number OPU-OV: 1843/19 dated 19.07.2019, which he signed with SBB. Therefore, Mr. Arnaut is not defending Ms. Duraković from SBB, but from himself, as he is the creator of that legal relationship. That is why SBB will take the same legal action against Mr. Arnaut, especially since his parliamentary mandate was not achieved by his election result, but was given to him by the total votes of SBB," it was announced from SBB.
