Advisor leaves Duška Jurišić, accusing her of 'unprofessionalism' and warning Hurtić that she will cause more problems

(Patria) - Ranka Ninković-Papić is no longer the Head of Cabinet for Duška Jurišić, Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, Istraga has learned. She submitted her resignation request on July 12th, accusing Deputy Minister Jurišić of “unprofessional conduct”.

“The reasons are, above all, to say the least, an unprofessional and incorrect attitude of the Deputy Minister towards my work and me personally, etc. Duška Jurišić’s behavior towards me is not an isolated case and can cause many problems within the Ministry,” explained Ranka Ninković-Papić in her resignation.

Let us remind you, Ranka Ninković-Papić was appointed Head of Cabinet for Duška Jurišić on February 1st of this year. Ninković-Papić is the wife of the “independent analyst” Žarko Papić, who was friends with former journalist and media professional Duška Jurišić for years. Jurišić, as a candidate of Our Party, received the position of Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Refugees in the new BiH Council of Ministers.

After it was announced that Duška Jurišić appointed the wife of analyst Papić as her Head of Cabinet, the Our Party Deputy Minister faced criticism from parts of the BiH public. The former journalist engaged in a verbal dispute with N1 Television editor and host Amir Zukić on his show Presing.

“I am the Deputy Minister, I have the right to two advisors, a driver, and a secretary,” said Jurišić, after which Zukić asked her if she had already filled those positions and what the names of the people she brought in were.

“The person who is Head of Cabinet is Ranka Ninković Papić, a long-time director of a foundation, an NGO activist, a manager, a woman who speaks fantastic English,” said Jurišić.

Zukić then stated that she is the wife of academician Žarko Papić, which angered Duška Jurišić.

“You won’t fall into that trap too, will you?” Jurišić asked, then said: “Amir, you have entered a very dangerous zone, I recommend you get out of it.”

Four months later, human rights activist Ranka Ninković-Papić assessed that Deputy Minister Duška Jurišić is unprofessional and incorrect.
