Advice and warnings: Due to large crowds at Doljani Border Crossing, use other crossings

According to information collected from the BiH Border Police, traffic towards the south of our country is increased, with particularly long delays recorded at Doljani and Crveni Grm Border Crossings, where currently there is a 1-hour wait for exit from our country, reports BIHAMK, as reported by the Patria News Agency.

For all those planning to vacation in the Dubrovnik region, we recommend using the Ivanica Border Crossing, where there is currently up to a 30-minute wait for exit from BiH, and Čepikuće. For those heading towards the Makarska Riviera and further north, we recommend the Zvirovići, Bijača, and Orahovlje Border Crossings, where delays are significantly shorter. We remind you that due to roadworks in Croatia, there is a ban on traffic for heavy goods vehicles at the Brčko-Gunja Border Crossing.

The passability of all major road routes in BiH is satisfactory, and driving conditions are favorable. Drivers are advised to drive with maximum caution, regardless of weather and traffic conditions, and to maintain a safe distance between vehicles. We remind truck drivers that when they notice a long line of passenger vehicles behind them, they should briefly pull over to allow unimpeded passenger traffic.

Traffic on the A-1 Zenica-Tarčin and Zvirovići-Bijača highways is proceeding on dry roads, without extraordinary restrictions.

Short delays occur on sections where renovation works are being carried out and where compliance with the posted signage is mandatory. We highlight the following road routes: Čelinac-Kotor Varoš, Čapljina-Stolac, Brod na Drini-GP Hum,
Mostarsko raskršće-Kiseljak, and the Sarajevo Bypass.
