Alliance for Stari Grad: No ideological differences at the municipal level

The Alliance for Stari Grad held a press conference today where candidates Vedran Dodik, current Chairman of the Municipal Council of Stari Grad, Alma Jašarević, current councilor of the Municipal Council of Stari Grad, Asim Medić, a representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina in sitting volleyball, and Muamera Činjarević, president of the Association of Single Parents, presented their election program with clearly defined goals, it was announced from the Alliance, reports the Patria News Agency.

The candidate list includes 36 candidates from various fields and spheres of public life, who enjoy a good reputation in the communities where they live, determined to continue the initiated projects and realize new ones in the next term for the benefit of all citizens.

The Alliance for Stari Grad is the only local party running in the elections for the Municipal Council of Stari Grad Sarajevo.

At the municipal level, there must not and cannot be ideological differences, divisions between right and left, because all citizens of a local community, a neighborhood, a building have the same needs and interests, and the fact that the Alliance for Stari Grad no longer has party bodies and operates exclusively locally, guarantees that it will consistently realize its goals, as it is accountable to no one except the citizens of the Municipality of Stari Grad, the statement reads.
