Alliance for Change today defends the BiH Constitution, yesterday at the unconstitutional referendum and RS Day on January 9

The Alliance for Change defends the BiH Constitution and state laws from the member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović.

The same Alliance for Change that now speaks about the unconstitutional and illegal revision of the verdict and whose leaders called on citizens of the Republika Srpska to turn out en masse for the unconstitutional and illegal referendum (on RS Day), and also voted themselves in front of TV cameras and gave statements, writes Patria.   

These are the same representatives of the Alliance for Change whose man is the member of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić, who, viewed from several different aspects, violated both the Constitution of this country and its laws during the referendum as well as on January 9.

What is the difference between the revision of the verdict in the lawsuit of BiH before the International Court of Justice in The Hague and the referendum on January 9 and RS Day itself on January 9?

From a legal perspective, the revision is grounded in both the Constitution and the laws, while the referendum and January 9 as a holiday were declared unconstitutional by the highest judicial instance in the country, the Constitutional Court of BiH, with final effect.

Why did the leaders of the Alliance for Change not call on Milorad Dodik on September 25 last year, instead of going out to vote, to stop violating the Constitution of this country and to respect the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH? Their deputies, it should be recalled, supported the decision to organize the referendum in the National Assembly of the RS.

The US government punished Dodik several months later precisely for unconstitutional and anti-Dayton activities, in which the leaders of the Alliance for Change also participated, and this should always be kept in mind.

At that time, a crisis arose in Bosnia and Herzegovina; both Dodik and the Alliance for Change are to blame for the worsening of the political situation. Fuel was added to the fire by Ivanić, who on January 9 made a decision with the support of Minister Marina Pendeš, who acted on Čović's orders, and ordered members of the Armed Forces of BiH to line up in Banja Luka.

Ivanić now refers to the agreement between him, Izetbegović and Dragan Čović that all decisions in the BiH Presidency would be made by consensus, and that neither he nor Čović ever violated that agreement, while Izetbegović allegedly did so now.

Ivanić forgot that it was he who violated the agreement on January 9, and without Izetbegović's consent (Čović always wisely remains silent in reserve) he brought armed soldiers out of the barracks to Banja Luka's Trg Krajine.

Or what to say about the fact that the Republika Srpska did not submit responses to the EU questionnaire by the first framework deadline of January 31, thereby slowing down the entire process of European integration. Are these not also activities that do not contribute to strengthening the state and that block BiH on its European path? 

Political representatives from the Republika Srpska will also have a meeting in Belgrade with Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić by Wednesday. His statement from last week, related to the revision of the verdict, has not changed even today. Vučić stated that he will listen to them, but it seems to him that they will receive an unchanged answer that is not harmful for Serbia.

The Serbian Prime Minister decided to put his own country first, thereby letting the political representatives from the RS know to return to their own backyard and continue the political struggle on their own.
