Meetings of CIA Deputy Director with Leaders of Security and Judicial Institutions in BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Deputy Director of the US CIA Vaughn Bishop, who has been visiting Sarajevo since yesterday, met today with the Director of the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH Osman Mehmedagić. 

Bishop also held a meeting at the Sarajevo Holiday Hotel with directors of police agencies, where security challenges and the migrant crisis in BiH were discussed. The meeting was attended by directors of the Border Police Directorate Mirsad Vilić, SIPA Perica Stanić, Minister of Interior of RS Dragan Lukač, Minister of Interior of FBiH Aljoša Čampara, and Deputy Director of the Border Police of BiH Fahrudin Halać. It is surprising that the Director of the Border Police of BiH Zoran Galić did not attend the meeting, given that the visit of the CIA official was announced earlier. One of the pressing issues facing BiH is precisely the migrant crisis. 

Bishop also held a meeting with the Minister of Security of BiH Dragan Mektić. 

In the afternoon hours, a new meeting followed with leaders of security agencies, as well as the top officials of the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of BiH.
