Saša Kajkut is the new striker of Željezničar, Sportske.ba has learned. The experienced striker has been a wish of the fans of the "Plavi tim" for years, and now the experienced striker will finally wear the jersey of the team from Grbavica, reports the Patria agency.
Kajkut stayed in Sarajevo a few days ago where he had initial talks with Aldin Čenan, and today the final phase of negotiations was completed.
The former top scorer of the Premier League of BiH and one of the best strikers in the Premier League of BiH in the last 10 years has agreed personal terms with our most decorated club, and only some minor details and a medical examination remain to finalize the deal.
Kajkut is expected to sign a contract with the "Plavi" at the latest by Wednesday, after which he will join the team managed by Admir Adžem, but he will most likely not be in contention for the match against Vitez, so his debut in the "Plavi" jersey is expected in the 4th round of the BHT Premier League of BiH against Kajkut's former club, Borac Banja Luka.
