Šarović: 'We are on the verge of the biggest possible crisis in BiH'

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović also spoke at the session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, stating that we are on the verge of perhaps the biggest possible crisis in BiH.

"Today, we are on the verge of perhaps the biggest possible crisis in BiH, and therefore, at this session, we should talk about two key issues, in my opinion: Our response to the Constitutional Court's decision, and what we will do with such a Constitutional Court.

He also stated that it is not wise to talk about referendum options and NATO issues.

"It is not wise to talk about referendum options and NATO issues. There is time for that, but these two previously mentioned issues, for me, carry the greatest responsibility," said Šarović.

He also supported Cvijanović, but added that he has different opinions on key issues.

"I want to say that we from SDS will stand behind the conclusions given by Cvijanović, but I want to say that I have a different stance on the key conclusions.

He concluded that this issue cannot be resolved without diplomacy.

"This struggle that is taking place on the domestic front is not the best path, because this issue cannot be resolved without diplomacy and without internationalization. That is why RS has often faced these situations unprepared and without clearly defined goals," Šarović concludes.
