Opposite the building of the Presidency of BiH, citizens gathered to mark the anniversary of last year's protests, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
A larger turnout of citizens was absent, and banners reading "They disgrace BiH", "Sutorina is BiH", "Intellect has become a commodity" were placed. The main road is passable, and those gathered call for it to remain so.
Those gathered have not yet moved towards the Eternal Flame as announced.
A large number of police officers are securing the protests.
