Sarajevo: International Conference for Young Researchers in Applied Linguistics

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The recently established Society for the Advancement of Applied Linguistics in Bosnia and Herzegovina - The Society for the Advancement of Applied Linguistics in Bosnia and Herzegovina (SAALinBiH) is the organizer of the 11th Conference for Young Researchers in Applied Linguistics, which will be held from September 26 to 28 at the premises of the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo and the Historical Museum. 

The Organizing Committee of the Conference consists of a team of teaching assistants from the Faculty of Philosophy, led by Prof. Dr. Merima Osmankadić, Associate Professor at the Department of English Studies and President of the Society.

This is a three-day conference that will bring together more than 30 presenters from across Europe (Finland, Great Britain, Austria, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro), and will host several plenary speakers, prominent scientists in the field of applied linguistics. 

Participants will present their papers, research, parts of dissertations and projects in an interactive environment, and will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with young colleagues through several workshops.
