Sarajevo: December central heating bills reduced by 6 percent

KJKP Toplane – Sarajevo d.o.o. informs users of tariff group I (households) with a flat-rate billing method that the bills for supplied thermal energy for the month of December 2016 will be reduced by 6%, it was announced from this company, writes Patria.

Based on Article 35 of the Tariff System of KJKP Toplane - Sarajevo d.o.o. Sarajevo, from 01.08.2016, we have applied a new method of calculation and invoicing for users with a flat-rate billing method, according to tariff rates approved by the Decision of the Government of Sarajevo Canton, number: 02-05-25151-11/16 of 15.08.2016.

Due to the date of commencement of the new calculation, and in order to harmonize the total annual costs of central heating, a reduction will be realized on the bills for December 2016 for the aforementioned category of users.

We take this opportunity to thank all users who regularly settle their obligations for central heating services.

At the same time, we invite users who have debts to come to our Customer Centers, with the aim of reaching an agreement on the method of settlement, the company KJKP Toplane announced.
