Traffic in Bosnia and Herzegovina Flowing Smoothly Without Major Restrictions

This morning, traffic is flowing smoothly in most parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina without any extraordinary restrictions. There is increased vehicle frequency on the M-17 Sarajevo-Mostar-GP Doljani section.

We appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution and to maintain a safe distance between vehicles. Plan longer trips in the morning or evening hours, and if traveling during the day, due to high temperatures, take more frequent breaks, reports the Patria news agency. 

 

Today, on the A-1 Zenica-Tarčin motorway section, regular maintenance works are being carried out (renewal of horizontal traffic signage, removal of weeds from asphalt-concrete joints, pouring or cutting cracks in the asphalt pavement, repair of guardrails, repair of protective wire fence posts, installation of concrete covers, occasional grass mowing in the road belt, as well as works in the Gaj tunnel).

There are no closures or delays, but we ask drivers to drive more carefully.

On the M-4.2 Velika Kladuša-Bihać main road (in the village of Donji Purići), due to demining of the terrain, there will be half-hour traffic stoppages from 08:00 to 16:00, with 15-minute vehicle passages, BIHAMK announced.
