Sanja Vlaisavljević called Sarajevo a 'jihad zone'!

(Patria) - "Sarajevo has long lost the shine of a capital city of a state, it is a city where Croats and Serbs are almost non-existent," wrote the advisor for education, science, culture and sport in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH.

A few hours before Croatian President Zoran Milanović cancelled his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina due to "security threats," Sanja Vlaisavljević, advisor to HDZ Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH Ankica Gudeljević, hiding behind quoting a "dear friend," called the capital of BiH - a "jihad zone," writes the portal "Istraga."

In her column published on the Croatian Media Service (HMS) dedicated to the statements of the Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, she says that "Sarajevo has long lost the shine of a capital city of a state, it is a city where Croats and Serbs are almost non-existent."

"But until this year, and the breath of 'civic spirit' in the city administration led by a generous mayor, even the little winter magic that was there is gone," wrote the advisor for education, science, culture and sport in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH.

"And finally, let me repeat the words of a dear friend, humiliated and offended by the mayor's congratulations: So from now on, it is forbidden to mention Christmas and Jesus in the jihad zone, it is already a 'calendar'," quotes Sanja Vlaisavljević an unnamed, but dear friend with whom she shares an opinion about the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This text by advisor Vlaisavljević was published a few hours before the Croatian president cancelled his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina due to "security reasons."

"Jihadists are a reality in Bosnia and Herzegovina"

"The decision is based on the assessment of the President's Office, and the fact is that a hostile atmosphere prevails in the BiH media. It is equally true that mixed settlements, as well as settlements with an exclusively Bosniak population, are located on the route through which the humanitarian convoy 'White Path for Nova Bila and Bosna Srebrena' passed," said an interlocutor of the Zagreb-based Jutarnji list.

Milanović, therefore, had to pass through, as the advisor to the HDZ Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH would say, a "jihad zone."

Let us remind you, back during the election campaign in January last year, the then candidate for Croatian president, Zoran Milanović, spoke about the dangers of "jihad in BiH."

"Jihadists in BiH are a reality, it is a country with many Muslims, they go to Iraq and Syria to fight and return indoctrinated," said Milanović.

Kolinda's Ten Thousand Jihadists

In December 2016, former Croatian President Kolinda Grabar Kitarović spoke about "jihadists in BiH." She stated at the time that it was necessary to "face the fact that thousands of fighters are returning to BiH from the so-called Islamic State."

"We must all face the truth and confront the coming trends, including returnees from the so-called Islamic State, from the battles in Iraq and Syria. There are already several thousand of them, and the influence of some other countries cannot be ignored either," said Grabar-Kitarović, among other things.

SOA Operation in BiH

Two years later, the Croatian intelligence service SOA tried to use members of the Salafi movement to plant a large quantity of weapons and explosives in a mosque in the Zenica area, in order to accuse BiH of preparing terrorist camps. One of the Salafis who testified about this was Harun Čelenka, a Salafi from Travnik, to whom an SOA official named Davor offered to transport weapons. Although they denied this story from the beginning, the director of SOA, Danijel Markić, confirmed that his operatives had contact with Čelenka, reminds the portal "Istraga."

"We pointed out a person who was suspicious to us, I leave it to them to state their position. We talked with H.Č., we know who he is," said Danijel Markić at the time.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office never concluded the investigation in this case, although it heard Harun Čelenka and obtained certain evidence from him confirming the attempt by Croatian intelligence to operate on the territory of BiH.

Čović: "Civic BiH is the same as an Islamic state"

The leader of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, also spoke about "jihadists in BiH" and the Islamic state.

"Those who want a civic state - I respect them, but today in Bosnia and Herzegovina to say 'civic state' - it means classic unitarism in some form and theoretical shape, and that basically means an Islamic state, and whether someone has turned it into a caliphate or given it a different connotation to that expression," said Dragan Čović at the time.
