Sanela and Berjamin, who killed an 85-year-old woman, charged with robbery

The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo has filed an indictment against Berjamin Kubat (1982) and Sanela Bešić (1986) on grounds of reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of robbery, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

The accused are charged that in a short period from April 30 to May 14 this year in Sarajevo, by prior agreement, as co-perpetrators, using force and weapons against a person, they took movable property with the aim of illegally acquiring property benefits by appropriating it, thereby committing the criminal offense of robbery, to the detriment of S.G..

Furthermore, using force against a person, they took movable property with the aim of illegally acquiring property benefits by appropriating it, and during the commission of the criminal offense, the person was intentionally killed, thereby committing the criminal offense of robbery to the detriment of N.A.

As a reminder, Sanela Bešić and Berjamin Kubat from Zenica were arrested on May 16 this year on suspicion that two days earlier, during a robbery, they brutally killed 85-year-old Nasiha Aljiljaj.
