Repair of damaged slabs in Maršala Tita Street

Based on the contract for investment and technical maintenance of stairs and pedestrian paths in the central Sarajevo municipality, construction company "Sela" workers began last week replacing damaged slabs along the promenade in Maršala Tita Street, from the "Eternal Flame" memorial to the BBI Center, reports the Patria News Agency.

Only urgent and necessary replacements of slabs that posed a danger to passers-by due to damage are being carried out now. The completion of the works is planned by the middle of this week.

- In the budget of the Centar Municipality for 2015, the amount of BAM 890,000 is planned for the construction, reconstruction, and repair of stairs, handrails, and pedestrian paths - it was announced from the Centar Municipality.
