Salkić in the RS National Assembly: Whatever you adopt today, things will not change - the verdict against Dodik remains in force

(Patria) - SDA delegate in the RS National Assembly Ramiz Salkić stated at a special session in Banja Luka that, regardless of the decisions and conclusions that may be adopted today, things will not change because the verdict against Milorad Dodik remains in force.

- Early elections are coming. And all of you who say there will be no early elections will register for them in order to preserve power - said Salkić.

He emphasized that the authorities in the RS are trying to distance people from the field, because that is the matrix on which they survive.

- What you are doing today is not even in the interest of those for whom you claim you are doing this. Everyone needs a state of law and legal certainty, an environment where they see that justice exists and that they will be protected - Salkić said.

He notes that a completely different atmosphere is being spread, creating a feeling that justice can only be achieved for certain people.

- Today we could again hear how some Muslim judges ruled against someone, how someone hates someone else. All of this is again contrary to the Constitution. You are spreading a mantra of hatred among people, because that is the only way for you to function and preserve the little power you have - Salkić stated.

He also stressed that the process is over and that it can no longer be reversed.

- Now you are before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a few months ago you passed a law not to recognize the decisions of the Constitutional Court. You do not recognize its decisions, yet you seek protection from that same court - said Salkić.

At the end of his address, he stated that the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina should set a date for early elections as soon as possible.
