Your shameful and conscious disregard for the fact that those responsible for the crimes and persecution of more than 20,000 Bosniaks from Bratunac are also buried in the Bratunac cemetery will not pass, we will not remain silent in the face of such anti-civilizational spread of false narratives.

Your shameful act of laying flowers for fallen soldiers of the army that has been convicted of committing genocide and other grave war crimes, an attempt to equalize responsibility and relativize, will be remembered as a blatant example of an unprincipled approach to established judicial facts and a shameful attempt to provide an alibi for the perpetrators of genocide.

The failure to accept responsibility and confront the consequences once again confirms our suspicion that your action was carefully planned and timed with the clear aim of relativizing and spreading the pan-Serb narrative of equal responsibility and consequent reaction to some earlier crimes that have never been proven or convicted in any court.

I invite you to familiarize yourselves with the crimes committed against Bosniaks in Bratunac during April and May 1992, although I am deeply convinced that you are aware of these facts, but you are deliberately ignoring them with the aim of equalizing and relativizing the responsibility of the perpetrators of the crimes", stated Salkić.
