Salkić gives Dodik a lesson: You are aware that BiH is a state when you cross the border and are identified

(Patria) - MP in the NSRs Ramiz Salkić (SDA) responded today to the leader of RS and SNSD, Milorad Dodik, who stated at a special session that "BiH is not a state".

- He is aware that BiH is a state. He is aware when he crosses the border, travels, when he drives in a car, when he identifies himself somewhere, when he is identified.

With such statements and approach, he wants to add fuel to the fire, raise tensions, and create a sense of superiority, in a situation where he is not superior in any way nor in control of the situation - said Salkić, writes Faktor.

He also referred to a part of Dodik's address - in which he mentioned the SDA and his commitment not to make deals with that party and Bakir Izetbegović.

- We will see in 2026 who will be in a position to negotiate with anyone and whether today's actors will be in a position to negotiate agreements and form government at the state level - said Salkić.

He also stated that the greatest national interest of all is the full functioning of the rule of law, which will ensure that all citizens are equal before the law, regardless of what they do at the time they are the subject of investigation or interest of judicial institutions.

Salkić also says that the initiation of the vital national interest by the BiH Presidency Chairwoman Željka Cvijanović can be considered a kind of abuse of that mechanism, because the key reason here is opposition to the functioning of the rule of law.

- It is clear that this government and the NSRs are committed to acting contrary to the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement, because advocating for non-compliance with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH clearly means engaging in anti-constitutional activities and attempting to overthrow the constitutional order.

The intentions and commitment of the authorities in this entity, as well as the desire and ambition to carry out separatist activities and violate the Dayton Peace Agreement, peace and stability in this country, are clear - notes Salkić.

He adds that the authorities in RS and the majority in the entity parliament have rebelled against state institutions, for which they previously voted and which were established through parliamentary procedure at the BiH level, without using the entity vote to possibly prevent their establishment.
