Gradačac Plum Fair: Quality medals awarded for products

GRADAČAC, (Patria) - On the third day of the 45th International Fair of Agriculture and Food Industry in Gradačac, 18 medals for the quality of exhibited products were awarded.

The quality assessment was carried out by the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences in Sarajevo. Gold medals were presented by the Director of the Gradačac Fair, Hašim Šabanović, and silver medals by the Executive Director of the Fair, Muhamed Prnjat.

The Gradačac Fair awarded three Grand Medals for Quality for strong alcoholic beverages, and the assessment of these samples was carried out at the "Krušik" Distillery in Donji Skugrić.

- All samples are of gold quality, but we had to rank them. We awarded gold, silver, and bronze Krušik diplomas for brandies and strong alcoholic beverages, and quality medals - said Mirjana Mišić, director of the "Krušik" Agricultural Farm Skugrić Donji.

Gold medals were awarded to: Dukat UHT milk 2.8% fat, Mljekara Inmer doo, Gradačac, Ajran, domaće blago, Mljekara Inmer doo, Gradačac, Balans plus Kefir, Mlijekoprodukt doo, Kozarska Dubica, Cooking cream 22% fat, Mlijekoprodukt doo, Kozarska Dubica, Active protein milk, Meggle mljekara Posušje, Hrono bread, Mlin i pekara dd Ljubače, Tuzla, Wheat flour T 500, Mlin i pekara dd Ljubače, Tuzla, Rosehip jam 370 g., Swity doo, Gradačac, Yellow pepper fillets 720 g., Swity doo, Gradačac, Apple clear juice 100%, Swity doo, Gradačac, Apple juice 100%, Zorg – In doo, Šamac, Do Do spice 250g, Solana dd, Tuzla, Ciabatta baked goods 280g, Klas doo, Sarajevo, Mini Bagat baked goods 300g, Klas doo, Sarajevo. 

Silver medals were awarded to: Active protein fresh cheese, Meggle mljekara Posušje, High-protein bread, Mlin i pekara dd Ljubače, Tuzla, Zemička baked goods 480g, Klas doo, Sarajevo.
